All rooms are airy and spacious, featuring a private bathroom fitted with a hydro-massage bath, a private balcony, some with sea views, and air-conditioning. Guests can use the numerous swimming pools or one of the seven tennis courts as well as the on-site gym. Wi-Fi is free in public areas and free parking is available as well. Guests can visit the buffet-style restaurant for all meals, or enjoy waiter service at the Italian a-la-carte restaurant. Drinks and snacks are available at the pool bar and the lounge bar. The town centre of Ibiza is a fifteen minute walk from the hotel and features numerous exciting bars, clubs, restaurants and shops.

All Grand Palladium Palace employees are incredibly personable and friendly. The staff are considered a highlight by the majority of guests, most of whom very much enjoyed the way the reception staff endeavored to make them feel welcome.
