Ski storage is available for winter travellers and Wi-Fi is free of charge and accessible throughout the building. Restaurant Toast is the in-house restaurant, and what’s more, is considered among the city’s finest. Their culinary inspiration is the world at large, but with a charming French-Canadian influence. Being in the heart of Old Quebec, guests simply have to step out the door to be immersed in the culture of the centuries old walled city. The informative Museum of Civilisation is just across the road and the Citadel 0.7 miles from Hôtel Le Priori.

One of the first things most guests commented on in their reviews was that the hotel's staff were truly exceptional. They were praised for numerous reasons, with their friendliness and welcoming nature the most often mentioned. Guests also felt that they knew the city well and could offer great local knowledge and recommendations.
Guests really appreciated the location of the hotel. They had come to Quebec City to exploring its Old Town, and were only too happy to be located right in the heart of the city's street life and nightlife. It seems they found all the historical attractions within easy reach as well.
A number of guests were impressed that almost everything at the hotel was included. While this obviously didn't include dinner and drinks, guests mentioned things like Wi-Fi, breakfast and even parking as all being included. They were relieved not to be “nickel and dimed” and felt it was a very refreshing approach.
There were quite a number of guests who felt their room was a bit small. It seems that the standard rooms may be a bit crowded when occupied by two people and their luggage. The bathrooms came in for a lot of criticism in this regard.
Several guests really missed having a small fridge in their room so they could keep a few cold drinks nice and cold.
Quite a number of guests were not completely satisfied with the hotel's breakfast, with the main complaint being that the menu never changed, causing some boredom for those who were staying a number of days.
