Welcome to Hotel St James, located right in the heart of Biarritz, only 4 mn walk to the beach.The hotel was completely renovated and with all the mandatory safety standards in place: ceiling and fire proof doors and flat screen TV 81 cm in bedrooms Some rooms have view over the ocean (top rooms). Nice cosy hotel with warm , easy going hostess.. Only 4 mn walk from the beach, the casinoand Palais du festival. Hotel has 14 charming rooms, all fully equipped& some with balcony.All rooms have breakfast facilties ( a tray with tea/coffea cups, madeleines& a kettle).Reception from 9:30 to 18:00 - Must call for late arrivals. Visitors Tax is €0.50 per person per night. Please Note: Entire property is non smoking High Season- July& AugustDuring high season(July& August) a 30% Down Payment of total price will be taken from your card after booking and this is not refundable for cancelations.Please Note: We will pre-authorise your card after booking for the first night in order to guarantee your reservation
