Many guests who stayed at the hotel were pleased with the super breakfast. The cuisine had enough choices to meet everyone's tastes. The dishes as well were well prepared by the qualified and skilful kitchen staff that provided great service.
The hotel is well set in the centre of Lisbon. It is close to a number of sites that guests may find interesting like the Marques de Pombal. Guests interested in history and sightseeing will love be hosted at the hotel. The building is also close to metro and city centre.
Guests who used the elevator were quite frustrated as it took pretty long to get them to their rooms. This can rather get worse especially when the hotel is full of guests. At times large groups of people could be seen waiting for the lift.
The walls were thought to be too thin as noise easily gets into rooms. Noise from the corridors and people's conversations from the lift were easily heard. This can be rather annoying to guests who preferred to have a quite time.
A few guests felt that the Wi-Fi connection was quite erratic at times. At times the connection wasn't steady. Some had to go to other areas wishing to get a stable connection.
