Most guests find the rooms to be spotlessly clean and spacious, with modern furnishings and bathrooms. Tired travelers generally appreciate the convenience of the microwave and fridge, and many rate the beds as exceptionally comfortable as well. Some were delighted by a view of the Arkansas River from their rooms, and many guests mention the inviting courtyard, which offers plenty of seating and a fire pit.

The front desk staff have received many positive reviews for their personable and professional customer service, with guests often noting that they are pleased to provide directions and recommend restaurants. Guests also single out the bartender in the hotel's small lobby bar for her cheerful, attentive service and knowledge of the area.

Guests rave about the hotel's location, noting that it is easy to access from the Interstate yet very centrally located in the popular River Market district. Many are happy to leave their cars in the secure indoor garage and walk to the area's many restaurants and shops. The State Capitol and Clinton Presidential Library are within a comfortable stroll as well.

The parking lot is shared with a condo development, and several guests note the signage could be more clear. A few more found out too late that the elevator is operated with a room key.
