Guests at this hotel are impressed by the attitude of the staff and are more than happy with the levels of customer service. You’ll probably need some directions when looking for places to eat, and the staff are more than happy to provide them.
The cleaning staff at this hotel do a top job when it comes to tidying up the rooms. There are no problems here at all as everything is perfectly clean and in great condition. This makes it ideal fro families with small children.
The buffet is immense at this hotel where you’ll find anything and everything on offer. From continental to fully cooked, whatever you want, you can eat as much of it as you like. Excellent value for money too as it’s included in the rate.
If you stay here, then you will need a car to get around. There is nothing at all to do within walking distance of the hotel and even if you want to grab a bite to eat, then you’ll have to drive for about five minutes. Not a deal breaker but something to be aware of.
The units in the rooms are said to be quite noisy, and guests have also found that the heat is regulated so you can only turn it up so far. Not ideal if it is a very cold night. This is rather frustrating and feels like you’re not trusted with controlling the heat yourself.
