Previous guests have appreciated the easy access to the hotel from the I-540 as well as noting that the choice of shops and dining spots in the area is excellent. Guests have also found that downtown Fort Smith is easily accessible.

Guests have reported some maintenance issues in the rooms and bathrooms. However, renovations are taking place as of June 2106 so it is likely that this work will address many of these concerns.
The construction taking place at this hotel will undoubtedly benefit the property and improve facilities for future guests. However, in the meantime, guests are feeling fairly inconvenienced by the various updates taking place. Parking seems to be particularly affected.
