With friendly, helpful staff, spotlessly clean rooms and polished bathrooms, most guests feel like they have been provided with great value for their money. As a bonus, the service has been described as top level too.
With a location on the South side of La Grange, guests have commented on the ease of access you have when you wish to visit downtown. Exit 14 is within a few minutes' drive, and will link you with an array of good restaurants near the town square.
If getting a good night's sleep is important to you, then the beds at this hotel will suite your needs perfectly. Several guests had a bit of trouble making it to breakfast on time because of the comfort of the plush bedding, and fresh linens.
Rattling taps, loose shower heads, and toilets that did not flush properly were a few of the issues reported by guests. Maintenance however was quick to identify the problems and correct them in the shortest time possible.
Reports of cockroaches and ants in the rooms from several travelers created a bit of a hiccup during their vacation. The front desk was quick to provide enough bug spray to alleviate the problem, and continue with an uninterrupted break.
