The entire hotel gives the impression of being ultra clean; something that continues through into the guest rooms. Spotlessly clean with fresh, clean bed linen. It's great value, but worth staying anyway, just for the Krispy Kreme donuts emporium, directly opposite!
Staff members are great. Very friendly and totally professional and committed. They are a credit to the hotel.
No need to worry about traveling miles for a bite to eat. Within walking distance and just across the parking lot are Applebee's and Bob Evans ... if you can drag yourself away from those Krispy Kreme Donuts! Just off the Interstate, it couldn't be more conveniently placed.
It's all a bit dated now and you feel that the hotel is living off the brand's past reputation, rather than the services currently supplied. Water pressure goes down to nil ... so, fat chance of a decent shower ... and chipped and damaged furniture servse to fuel the feeling that there are many things that are wrong here.
When, as you enter a room, you are hit by 'that' smell, you know that there are going to be real problems. They haven't embraced the concept of cleanliness, instanced by the various items of debris that have obviously accumulated on fastidiously uncleaned carpets! Cockroaches are not strangers here.
They don't expect much in the way of sympathy, but there are still smokers around who deserve a facility of some sort. There's nothing here, not even a shelter. Smokers are fuming!
