The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, going out of their way to provide excellent customer service and make guests feel welcome. They create a warm atmosphere that will make guests feel at home upon arrival and they are attentive and accommodating towards guests' requests or queries that pertain to either the hotel or the area surrounding it.
The hotel is located in close proximity to the Downtown Area of Phoenix which is home to a large selection of shops, bars and restaurants. There are also many attractions within an even close radius of the hotel's location which include Chase Field and the Phoenix Art Museum. Guests can easily access all areas of Phoenix via the Phoenix Light Rail System which can take them to the area they wish to go in a short amount of time.
The rooms are clean, well-sized and comfortable and they include spacious, comfortable beds that come with supportive mattresses and fresh bedding. The rooms and bathrooms are kept clean by a daily housekeeping service that ensure everything is spotlessly clean.
Many guests were disappointed with the complimentary breakfast that is provided each morning, with some of them finding the food options to be bland and limited. Other guests were dissatisfied with the fact that breakfast is served on paper plates. However, many guests found the breakfast options to be satisfactory and tasty.
The bathrooms, while clean, have a weird smell lingering in them and some guests found this to be annoying.
While many guests like the convenience of the location, others found the hotel's immediate surroundings to be unsatisfying in that there was not much by way of a view and there are many hospitals and carparks in the hotel's immediate vicinity. However, many guests considered this to be a positive.
