Slow elevators
There have been a couple of complaints about the elevators being a bit on the slow side. Some guests have had to wait a good few minutes for the elevator to arrive. If you feel fit and you don't want to wait, just use the stairs, they will probably be quicker.

Be sure to enquire if the parking at the Hampton Inn St Louis Downtown is free or not. Some visitors have been unpleasantly surprised at the end of their stay to find that they have to pay for their parking, when they thought there was no charge.

Many visitors have described this hotel as pretty smart, so according to guests, paper cups don't seem to have a place in the rooms at all. Nonetheless, rooms are crispy clean and very well kept.
