All the guests who have stayed at the hotel have only positive things to say about the hotel staff. They are super helpful and welcoming towards the guests. Front desk staff is very accommodating to the guests' requests, and the housekeeping staff always wear a smile on their faces.
The hotel is very new and that is reflected in the property, from the hallways to the rooms. Guests found their rooms and suites to be spacious, modern with bright décor and very well-equipped. The hotel is also well maintained and there hasn't been any cleanliness complaints.
The hotel is easily accessible from the I-25 which guests found very convenient. The airport is just a few minutes away making it ideal for travellers looking for a place to stay or spend the night before boarding a flight at the nearby airport.
Due to the proximity of the hotel to the airport, guests have had noise problems resulting from the airplanes flying overhead. Moreover, the room walls are also thin and loud noise easily sips in through to the adjacent rooms as mentioned by the guests.
Several guests have faced billing issues at the hotel as they were overcharged due to errors arising from the hotel's online booking system. Guests also left dissatisfied with the Wi-Fi which doesn’t work consistently and when it does, rather slowly. The complimentary breakfast options at the hotel could also be better and more varied according to the guests.
