The hotel’s convenient location to various eateries, shops and the highway was found to be a positive by many guests. It is also close to the airport which was a must for some guests. It is also close to the beaches and supermarkets.
The breakfast was found to be a good morning meal that was included in the price. Guests were happy to have a hot meal in the casual dining area, and for those who had to leave it was convenient to have a to-go breakfast bag.
The staff members were found to be friendly people who made their guests feel at ease during their stay. They gave good recommendations and answered any doubts guests might have of the hotel. They went out of their way to make them feel at home.
The rooms were found to be noisy by guests who could listen to the noise coming from their next door neighbors. There was no particular sound proofing which proved to be annoying.
