The University of Cincinnati is just a stone's throw away making this hotel the ideal place to stay when visiting the university or when dropping the children off for their studies. Downtown Cincinnati is just a short ten minute drive away down Interstate 71 and within easy walking distance of the hotel there are many different bars and restaurants for you to enjoy.
The staff are so friendly and will do everything they can to meet your needs and to ensure that your stay is enjoyable with many mentioned by name for their fantastic customer service and for going the extra mile with one guest even reporting that after her baggage was delayed and she was left high and dry she was even lent clothes by a member of staff and was given toiletries free of charge.
There's lots to choose from at breakfast with something for everybody whether it is a continental offering or a more traditional cooked option with food restocked so there is always plenty available and you don't have to worry about getting down there later than your fellow guests.
Some previous guests were unhappy that the rooms did not have a microwave or a fridge although conceded that there is no mention of these and they are not always standard hotel facilities.
Sometimes it is possible to hear guests in neighboring rooms and also in the rooms above where it sounds like they are walking heavily up and down the room.
There have been negative comments about the area in which the hotel is located with some saying it looks unsafe whereas others have said that appearances can be deceptive as this is just down to a lot of building work currently taking place and a regeneration of the area.
