The rooms here are said to be very cozy and are the ideal place to relax after a day of sightseeing. If you have a suite you’ll be surprised by the space you get in the living area while and the beds in both rooms and suites are extremely comfortable.
No matter where you are in the building, you won’t find a thing out of place. The housekeeping staff do a top job and keep the place in pristine condition. This makes a big difference to many of the guests and is especially good for those with children.
This hotel is right across the street from Big League Dreams which many people come into town to visit. It’s also a nice neighborhood with plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. If you’re in town to visit the Space Center, then you’ll have to take a taxi, but it’s a very short ride.
The air conditioning is a must in a hotel where temperatures can get pretty high but unfortunately at this hotel guests have run into problems. They said that the air con didn’t cool the rooms enough and that this made for a very uncomfortable stay.
If you have any problems at this hotel, then expect to get the ‘wait for the manager’ line as it seems that the staff aren’t empowered to make any real decisions. This is a little frustrating especially when the manager is unavailable.
So far, there has been no further negative opinion expressed about this hotel.
