Guests have described the hotel staff as offering good old fashioned southern hospitality. Service is attentive and the people are friendly and helpful at the hotel. Several guests have said that they use the hotel services each time they are in town.

Self parking is available at Hampton Inn & Suites Mobile - Downtown Historic District. However it can get rather tight and guest may have difficulty finding room. Also the hotel has started to charge for parking which was previously not the case say guests.
