Guests say that the hotel is easy to find and conveniently close to Syracuse University and the highway. It is surrounded by many restaurants including the popular Delmonico's Steakhouse. Many guests say they want to place the hotel on their repeat list after the first visit.
Guests find the staff willing to go overboard to make them feel welcome. Guests love the free candy at Halloween provided to them at Check-in and the cookies served in the noon. Breakfast is also called a tasty affair and the tea and coffee made available all day is appreciated.
The provision for storage in the rooms is found handy by many guests. The good lights and room maintenance are appreciated as well as the bathrooms with their ample supply of towels, soap and space to place toiletries.
Guests entitled to military discounts are not happy that although stated otherwise in their website, the hotel does not honor the discount. Sometimes guests do not want a paper invoice but request an e-invoice. Their request is not honored either.
Some guests feel that the indoor pool of the hotel appeared overly used and cloudy. Guests would have preferred the gym to include a work cycle.
