Hampton Inn & Suites Wells-Ogunquit has an underground parking facility that is very convenient for guests with vehicles. Thus, you can easily come and go at the hotel whenever you please without worrying where to safely park your car.

Each room has spacious and comfortable beds. The linens are always freshly pressed. Moreover, the firm and soft pillows smells pleasant without any trace from the previous guests. The room, in general, is well maintained.

Most of the rooms in the hotel may seem outdated and old-fashioned, but the staff will do what they can to make them neat and presentable. All rooms are cleaned to a high standard, and the toiletries are replaced every day.

Although the beds are spacious and comfortable, they seem to look old. Guests also reported that some of the mattresses provided were hard. If you experience this, call for a staff to take care of the matter, or ask for a room replacement.

Either faulty or not working at all, some air conditioning systems in the rooms will not give you a proper sleep. Some has grids pointing directly at the bed, which meant you could wake up with chapped lips or worse, a cold. Upon checking-in, give the front desk clear instructions about the room that you prefer.

The free Wi-Fi connection offered by the hotel seems non-existent. When told about the issue, the people at the front desk would often just shrug their shoulders, and can't do anything about it. This could be inconvenient, especially for guests who are staying in the hotel for business purposes.
