The Heritage House's rooms have generated rave reviews for the most part from past guests. Noted as spacious and well-equipped with welcome amenities, the rooms are also supposedly spotlessly clean in every facet.
Based on overall feedback, one of the main highlights about the motel is its location. Along with the Smoki Museum being just a couple of minutes away on foot from the accommodation, downtown Prescott - and its collection of attractions, shops and restaurants - is only a 15-minute walk.
Most previous guests of the Heritage House were appreciative of the customer service they received during their stay. The staff is said to be welcoming and friendly, while also helpful and knowledgeable about the local area.
The on-site parking is the source for one of the most common complaints about the Heritage House. Former visitors have claimed that the parking lot is small, and can be tough to negotiate - especially if you are driving a larger vehicle.
Although the large majority found the furnishings at the motel to be perfectly fine, a notable number of previous guests have stated that the beds and pillows were not the most comfortable.
