There’s a subway station and taxi stand just outside the hotel but many guests opt to stroll around the city with all the important sites within a 20-minute walk. The hotel is also located near a shopping centre and if you have to get to the main train st
Guests are impressed by the hotel staff who are friendly, multi-lingual and very helpful, especially with tourists needing directions and dining ideas.
Guests, especially business travellers, say rooms at this hotel are much more cosy than the usual business hotel. They enjoyed the Andalusian décor and ambiance of the property.
The hotel is a little off the beaten track for some. Located in a quiet neighbourhood, it’s a 20-minute walk to old town and about the same to other sites. While there is a metro station next to the hotel, it does not connect with the main railway station
Many areas of the hotel have been renovated but guests report not all rooms have been redone. They say there’s a wide disparity between those that have, and those that have not.
Some guests were surprised to find the pool isn’t part of the hotel. It’s located in a health club that guests can use for a daily fee.
