This award-winning hotel is just over 15 minutes on foot from the Jerusalem Old City Walls, the Jaffa Gate and the Tower of David, and 25 minutes from the Western Wall. All rooms, studios and suites here are non-smoking and come with air conditioning, a flat-screen LED TV with satellite channels, free Wi-Fi, and a kitchenette, as well as tea and coffee supplies. Guests can take advantage of laundry, ticket booking and beauty services, and guided tours are also available. A diverse array of cafes, bars and restaurants can be reached in a short walk. Hillel 11 is less than 15 minutes’ drive away from the Jerusalem Central Bus Station.

Hillel 11 is said to have attractive, clean and comfortable rooms, with plenty of space, and ample tea and coffee supplies. Furthermore, guests were sometimes very happy to find that they even had their own balconies.
Guests said this hotel is found within walking distance of the old city’s Jaffa Gate and therefore, most of Jerusalem’s tourist attractions, in addition to the Mamilla Mall and Ben Yehuda Street. On top of this, some great restaurants, shops and cafes are said to be found close by, as well as handy bus and tram links.
Those who stayed here reported feeling safe and secure thanks to the fact that someone was on site around the clock to man the door, or help them check in. On that note, the staff is said to be friendly and helpful, although a few people said they were not always the most professional.
Although the internet connection at Hillel 11 was generally thought to be good, guests occasionally said that it went down completely. On top of this, a small number of people said the sound insulation for rooms was not very good and there were also a few cleaning misses reported by some guests.
