This busy hotel welcomes large numbers of guests, but staff still take the time to add personal touches, remember names, provide valuable information concerning the local area, and generally ensure that guest's needs are constantly exceeded.
An award-winning restaurant purveys an array of mouth-watering options, prepared by talented chefs and served by smiling staff. The food is so good, in fact, that non-patrons often frequent the eatery. For the tired, or those with less time, the wealth of onsite takeaway options is super convenient.
While the majority of guests enjoy a fully restorative stay, some are unhappy with the sleeping set up. In smaller rooms, only double beds (not king/queen) are available; a nightmare for larger couples. Others complain of sloping mattresses, and adjustable beds that are in no way adjustable.
One of the few consistent complaints relates to showers. Guests in a rush have been annoyed at how long it can take for hot water to come through, while others say there was simply none at all. For those heading out on business, this is a bad start.
