The staff members were said to be nice and courteous by most guests. They were professional and greeted guests, and they also made efficient check in and check outs. Guests were able to enjoy their stay and recommend the hotel thanks to the staff.
Most guests enjoyed the free shuttle service in the local area which made the stay much easier for guests who did not have their own transportation. It was convenient and reduced guest worries for transportation.
The beds were found to be very comfortable according to most guests who stayed here. They were very happy with the mattresses and enjoyed their sleep because of this. The bed sheets were also cleaned and kept up constantly.
Most guests felt the hotel was in need of a major renovation. They thought the furnishings were too dated and uncomfortable. For the price, guests would thing the hotel would invest in new furnishings.
Guests did not feel the common areas of the hotel were cleaned as they found the lobby was dirty and the rooms not cleaned well enough. The floors were no vacuumed well enough and guests were disappointed with this. They did not enjoy the dust.
The breakfast was thought to be an expensive morning meal. Some did not know it was not free until afterwards because they were not told of this. They found the hot breakfast to not be worth such a fee and felt it should be included in the price.
