Guests are impressed by the décor of this hotel with many stating that it is very stylish and modern in appearance. This makes a great first impression as you walk through the doors and makes you feel like you’re staying in a five-star place.
The rooms are large and have all that you need for a pleasant stay. You get a great TV and a living area where you can put up your feet to watch a movie. The bathrooms are also well maintained and spotless.
The staff at the front desk are super helpful and are eager to help out. They have been known to give great recommendations for places to eat and things to do around the area. They also listen if you have any issues and try their best to find solutions.
This hotel seems to have a problem with the beds. They claim that they will offer a great night’s rest, but many guests have found exactly the opposite to be true. Guests said that the beds were hard as a rock and impossible to adjust.
The walls are quite thin at this place, and you’ll find that you can hear everything next door. Not only that but you’ll also hear doors slamming throughout your stay, and you can even hear people as they walk in the hallways.
You need to pay for your breakfast at this hotel, but guests feel that given how much you are paying, there should be the option of a light continental breakfast at no charge. The breakfast that is available isn’t really worth the money anyway.
