The staff members were thought to be friendly and kind by most guests who stayed here. They felt the staff were hospitable and checked the guests in and out relatively quickly. Guests were happy staff answered questions and requests.

The common areas are thought to be very clean and modern by most guests who enjoyed having the fitness room, the swimming pool, the media room and the various eateries on-site. Most did not have to leave the hotel to feel at home.

The hotel is said to be in a nice location near various shopping and restaurants. There were plenty of things to do for business and leisure purposes. The location is relatively near the various parks and from other major cities for a day trip option.

There were guests who felt the room noises were too much for them including the air conditioning. The outside was also loud given other guests talking in the hallways. Guests were kept up at night thanks to the air conditioning.

The restaurant was said to have a poor service which may be due to it being understaffed. Guests did not like that they had to wait a long time for their dishes to arrive. They were disappointed with the quality of the service.

Guests who booked a suite through the website were misled to believe there were two adjoining rooms available. They did not know that the picture was of a suite that is not available to book online. Guests did not like that they had to book something different from the advertising.
