The staff at this hotel are extremely professional and will do their very best to ensure that you are having a wonderful time during your stay here. The bar staff are attentive, and the front desk staff are accommodating and very understanding. Overall great customer service.
The hotel has received quite a lot of praise for the standard of their amenities and the fact that everything is kept in spotless condition. The pool and the gym are well-maintained, and the bar and restaurant are super clean.
While many guests find this a perfectly acceptable hotel, they were a little disappointed as they expected something more from a hotel with the Hilton name. It isn't a bad hotel by any means, but they felt that for the price they would get more of a luxury hotel feeling.
