Guests usually thought the level of service offered by the staff members here was higher than normal. There were many accounts of staff members who went out of their way to be helpful and always seemed to do everything with smiles and cheerful attitudes.

When staying here, you'll enjoy the numerous benefits of a truly oceanfront property, plus have easy access to places to shop and eat. Guests frequently appreciated how easy it was to explore without having to rely on their cars or spend a lot of time getting familiar with the area.

Although not all the rooms here are oceanfront, they do all have balconies. Guests liked how the sliding glass doors that lead out to the balconies allowed them to get fresh air, but there were a few comments it would have been even nicer if the doors were fitted with screens.

This is not a hotel to choose if you're on a budget. Even in the off season, guests found it slightly pricey, but most agreed that the services offered were of high quality, so they didn't feel they were being dramatically overcharged in most cases.

Guests didn't have any major complaints about the hotel's food, but at the same time, they sometimes said the food was not very memorable. If you're similarly unimpressed with it, the good news is that there are plenty of offsite eating establishments nearby.

There were some comments that certain aspects of the hotel are worn, such as painted surfaces and carpeting. However, these characteristics were usually just minor downsides for guests.
