The staff at this hotel will bend over backward to ensure that you are having a great time. Whether it's arranging a car to take you to town or helping you change rooms due to a maintenance issue, they are more than happy to help.
The airport is just a short ten-minute drive from the hotel, but you won't be bothered by much noise from the planes. There are some shops nearby but not too much in the way of dining options.
The restaurant has specials now and then that the guests say are extremely good. The staff are also attentive and make sure that the food gets to you when it's still hot. It's also a nice place to sit and have a drink after your meal.
It's a bit strange that the hotel does not warn you of the noise from the trains that run by the hotel. They fail to mention it when checking in, and it is only when you find the earplugs in your room with a note about the train that you realize that this could be a noisy night.
The beds are just too hard, and some say that the base extends out too far making it all look like a badly put together bed. Hotels are usually judged by how well you sleep and by all accounts the noise and uncomfortable beds may affect that.
