The hotel restaurant as well as the bar are said to be often booked by private parties which inconvenienced many guests as they had to leave the premises in search for somewhere to eat.
Some guests mentioned that they waited longer than expected either checking-in or checking-out of the hotel as there were too few staff available meaning that there would often be a queue.
