A number of previous guests to the hotel made special mention of the mouth- watering food at the on-site restaurant H20 Cajun-Asian Grill, which would ensure their repeat business.
A number of travelers with children mentioned the kid-friendly pools. One of the pools is very shallow and great for toddler-age children to splash about in, under the watchful eye of their parents.
Some guests felt that the room decor was old and outdated and was in desperate need of an upgrade. Some guests also signaled their concerns, that due to the age of the furniture, that maintainance of broken items did not seem to be a priority for the hotel.
A number of guest reviewers signaled their disappointment about the level of service that they received during their stay at the hotel. Some guests felt that this was due to the bars and restaurants being under-staffed, as it took them some time to receive service in these areas of the hotel.
Staff at this hotel seemed to struggle with the demand, to ensure that all rooms were available for the next set of guests, according to reviews. Housekeeping struggled to have rooms cleaned in time for afternoon check-in slots and a number of guests reviewers were very disappointed at having to wait for long periods before they could get into their rooms.
