Hotel Hilton Philadelphia at Penn's Landing (Philadelphia, USA)

The hotel's waterfront location was something a lot of guests enjoyed, since the views from the rooms, the restaurant and the gym were said to be great. Guests also appreciated the hotel's central location to many attractions were within walking distance such as the historic district, the National Constitution Center, the Betsy Ross House and the Theatre of The Living Arts. Furthermore, the two parks nearby offer some lush greenery to enjoy and access to public transportation is only a few blocks away.

Guests noted that the rooms are spacious and bright and have great amenities such as a fridge, a Wi-Fi plug-n-play console and premium toiletries.

The staff was reported to be friendly and professional, and the concierges received particular praise for their helpful service filled with detailed knowledge of the city and its attractions and restaurants.

Several guests reported that despite having booked their rooms months prior, once they arrived they were informed that there was no available room and that they would have to stay at another hotel in town.

Guests noted that their experience in the restaurant was less than satisfactory, as orders were incomplete or took too long to be delivered. The breakfast buffet was cited by some guests as not measuring up to what they're used to from other Hilton properties, since the items being served were sometimes cold or overcooked.

Those guests not being part of the loyalty program found the fee for Wi-Fi access to be too steep.
