The hotel's employees are very warm in their interaction with guests. They go out of their way to assist you when you go to them for help. Staff members also appear to be very conversant of the area and offer suggestions on attractions they think might be of interest to you.
The hotel's rooms are elegantly decorated and have an attractive Spanish-style. They also are very well maintained and have spacious lounges with plenty of sunlight available.
The hotel offers you good value for money if you are looking for quality amenities at a reasonable price. With great facilities such as the full-service spa and the water park onsite, guests can have a relaxing and fun-filled stay. There are many restaurants, bars and various other amenities on the premises making staying at this hotel a good choice.
A number of guests have complained about the hotel's wireless internet connection. Most concerns were with regard to the lack of a strong signal in certain areas of the premises and also the slow speeds experienced.
