A number of previous guests to the hotel stayed as their convention was being hosted here. These guests commented that they thought the hotel handled the large volume of people very well and they made specific comments about the excellent catering.
The wait staff in the on-site restaurant, the Hopcity Tavern and in the adjoining Lounge rated positive mentions across a number of guest reviews with remarks indicating that these staff were friendly and professional and their work was exceptional.
