Many guests of the hotel have appreciated its location. The hotel is located right along Interstate 25, which can be taken south to downtown Albuquerque or north to Santa Fe. Guests liked being able to easily access the freeway when leaving the hotel to explore for the day.
Past guests have appreciated the effort that it put in by the hotel's staff, saying that they are very accommodating and always hard working. This extra effort that was put in by the staff improved the overall quality of the stay for many guests.
Guests have liked having numerous dining options close to the hotel. There is a mall on the other side of the freeway that guests can walk to and it has a number of restaurants from which to choose.
Multiple guests have complained about the hotel's Wi-Fi service, saying that it would randomly cut out when they were using it. Other guests couldn't even get connected to the internet in their rooms, despite Wi-Fi being included in the price of the room.
A number of guests have had trouble adjusting the temperature in their rooms. Guests found that the air conditioning wouldn't stay on because they couldn't set the thermostat and get it to stay at that temperature. This issue made it difficult for guests to sleep at night.
