Guests commented that the staff goes above and beyond to make each day special for guests. They particularly called out the breakfast staff and the front desk for doing everything they can to make their visitors have an enjoyable stay, with many guests saying they would stay here again.
While not directly on the strip, it's nearby. That means it's not far from shows and restaurants but not directly in the way of all the traffic. For some guests is the best of both worlds - close but not too far away.
Guests commented that what they really enjoyed were a lot of the little extras. They cite things such as the swimming pool, appetizing free breakfast and in-room kitchen amenities, like refrigerators and microwaves. For many guests it has everything needed for comfortable stay.
While the guests don't feel that the hotel is decrepit, they do mention that it's in need of a serious remodel. Some refurbishing would make it look more up-to-date, according to some guests. The majority of guests didn't mind the look of the hotel though.
Most guests didn't seem to have an issue with the beds. However, some guests said that the sink into them quite a bit and wished they were a bit more firm.
Some guests, particularly those on the higher floors, had a difficult time connecting to Wi-Fi. The majority of visitors, however, didn't seem to have an issue.
