Guests have been pleased with the breakfast offered at this hotel. Factors that stood out as being especially appreciated was the selection of food on offer and the convenience of not having to leave the hotel in order to find breakfast every morning as this hotel caters for just that.
Reviews, of both first time guests and repeat guests, have indicated that the service on offer at this hotel is second to none. Very appreciative guests have written exceptional reviews thanking the staff for going out of their way continually to cater as best they can for guests.
Although many good reviews have boasted about the breakfast, it has been indicated by guests that the set-up of the breakfast area was poor. Guests all have to wait in the same long line for breakfast and, despite there being a great selection, there have been complaints that it simply takes too long to get food.
There have been complaints about the functioning condition of some of the in-room amenities. Features such as the air-conditioning and certain bathroom fittings were said to be faulty and caused inconvenience to guests.
Guests have not been pleased with the hefty bill they were made to pay once their stay had come to an end when it came to overnight parking. One thing was the price itself, but another factor that did not please guests was the fact that they were not informed about the fee payable prior to hafting to pay it.
