For those visitors looking to stay by the Mall of Georgia this hotel is literally only a couple miles away. It's also near I-985 and Hwy 23 making it convenient to get to other areas. Furthermore, for people wanting to be near conveniences, you'll find restaurants and gas stations are also nearby according to visitors.
Guests mentioned that there's a great sense of hospitality within this hotel. Visitors cited practically everyone there deserves praise for being professional – whether it was the front desk, housekeeping, maintenance or breakfast crew. Visitors mentioned they were not seen as an inconvenience, which was refreshing.

This hotel is quite minimalistic so you won't find things like huge spa amenities here. It wasn't phenomenal (but it wasn't terrible either). So people who were looking for something a bit luxurious in nature felt disappointed. The majority of visitors, however, did not have an issue.
According to some visitors there are some maintenance issues within the hotel that are sporadic. Some of them include toilets that don't flush, TVs that didn't work, odd odors and dirty in-room whirlpools. For most visitors though, they didn't have an issue.
Some guest stated that they felt that the mattresses here are way too firm for their liking. Others mentioned waking up of sore backs. So for travelers who enjoy softer bedding, this hotel may not be for you based on some visitors’ comments.
