The members of staff at Country Inn & Suites By Carlson Columbus Airport East are described as extremely nice and friendly. They're happy to answer any questions you may have and aim to deal with any problems that arise in an expedient manner. Even better, they do their utmost to make their guests feel very welcome in the hotel.
The indoor pool is very popular with guests. They like the fact that it is open until late at night and there are always plenty of towels available. Most importantly, it's clean and well-maintained so you can expect a very pleasant experience when you take a dip!
The Be Our Guests Breakfast Buffet is a real hit. The range of items available is impressive and should cater for most tastes. You're also in complete control - you can create your own omelettes, breakfast burritos and parfaits and have more of the things you like and none of the things you don't like. And don't forget, it's all free so it won't take a bite out of your wallet either!
A few guests complained about noise disturbance during their stay. Apparently, it's sometimes possible to hear guests in adjacent rooms and in rooms above, although it doesn't seem to represent a major problem and is probably comparable to most hotels.
Based on feedback, it seems that the rooms would benefit from a touch of fresh paint here and there and some new furnishings.
If you dislike the smell of cigarette smoke then bear in mind that this hotel offers both smoking and non-smoking rooms.
