Guests complimented the free Express Start Breakfast bar. It offers a good compilation of food items. Guests enjoyed the taste as well. Plus, for those people who mentioned they would miss out on breakfast because of an early departure, the hotel provided an on-the-go breakfast bag.
Visitors with kids say that they really love this location because they offer freebies like evening cookies and breakfast. They also mentioned that the swimming pool is a nice escape with the kids. It's also close to locations for food and shopping, which comes in handy for visitors who have children in tow.
The staff goes out of their way to help their guests by running an efficient and cleanly hotel. The majority of visitors had friendly interactions and found the staff to be knowledgeable when providing information about the area or the hotel.
Some guests mentioned that they were able to hear other guests. Others mentioned highway noises as being a problem. For the most part though, guests didn't have an issue with sound here.
Some visitors mentioned, although the guestrooms are clean for the most part, some of the rooms and suites could use a good scrub down. They cite things like trash under beds, food from prior guests on the furniture and dirty walls.
