The rooms are fairly well-sized and include a number of amenities that will ensure guests are comfortable. The beds are comfortable with their supportive mattresses, clean, fresh bedding and plush pillows all of which will surely aid in a sound night's sleep. The rooms are also very clean thanks to a diligent housekeeping staff who provide a daily service and ensure the rooms and bathrooms remain spotlessly clean.
The staff are extremely friendly and attentive, providing excellent customer service and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that will make guests feel at home upon arrival. They are more than happy to help with any requests guests may have and will gladly provide information about the Syracuse area.
Guests were very pleased with the facilities and amenities that the hotel provided; these include access to a large indoor swimming pool which is very clean and well-maintained. The fitness facilities and spa tub were also considered a positive and the complimentary breakfast and free Wi-Fi ensured the guests felt that they were receiving good value for money during their stay at this Holiday Inn location.
A number of guests found that the hotel was hard to find as there is not very much signage to indicate the hotel's whereabouts and this is something a number of guests would have liked rectified.
The hotel's Syracuse location proved divisive for many guests, some of whom felt they were stranded in the country. However, others felt that the location was perfect for what they wanted to do during their holiday.
Some guests felt that the breakfast room was too small to accommodate the number of guests who wished to eat during the limited breakfast hours.
