Travelers say the staff at the hotel does a great job and really makes sure you are happy with your stay. Guests add the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and can speak English fluently as well.

There is only one place to eat at the hotel which means you will have to go out to the resort the property is connected to if you're hungry. Visitors point out the prices at the on-site restaurant as well as the food options around the hotel were expensive and breakfast is not included.
