There is also a complimentary shuttle guests can call for trips around town or to the nearby Portland International Jetport.

Guests generally find the rooms to be sparkling clean, with comfortable furnishings and useful small appliances. Many enjoy gazing out at the ocean after a good night's sleep.

The front desk staff and shuttle drivers have received many rave reviews for their personable and professional customer service, with guests noting that they are happy to provide directions, recommend restaurants, and accommodate special requests. The complimentary coffee, lemonade, and cookies in the lobby are also well appreciated.

Some floors feature both smoking and non-smoking rooms. Several non-smoking guests were bothered by the cigarette odor wafting into their rooms through the vents or in from the hallways.
