Comfortable Stay for Most
A majority of guests said that the guestrooms are clean and the beds themselves are rather comfortable. Guests also enjoyed the suites that feature extras such as a microwave and mini-fridge since it provides a 'home away from home' feeling.
Excellent Customer Service
Visitors mentioned that the staff here does an excellent job of taking care of their guests. Whether it's the front desk, housekeeping or maintenance crews, guests said they felt like they were important and respected.
Lacking Free Breakfast
Guests mentioned that the breakfast bar is a charged item. According to some guests, it's the same type of breakfast that's offered by Holiday Inn Express hotels for free as part of the room rate. Others mentioned that the buffet was cold or lukewarm at best. With this in mind, visitors felt they didn't get their monies worth and mentioned that other hotels in the area may be a better option since they offer food for free.
Restaurant Staff Needs Improvement
