Guests mentioned that this hotel is near downtown as well as being close to the airport, cruise port, shopping, Busch Gardens and nightclubs. If you're seeking a hotel near many attractions in the area, guests say this is a fine location.
Guests mentioned that they enjoyed the guestrooms that look recently remodeled. They stated that the rooms are also clean, quiet and comfortable with several people mentioning they would stay again when returning to the Tampa area.
Whether it's the front desk, shuttle driver or breakfast crew, guests mentioned that the employees here do an outstanding job of being pleasant and professional. They are great at providing information about the hotel as well as imparting wisdom about the Tampa area.
Guests mentioned that the rooms had dirty bed sheets and garbage left over from prior guests. Other guests mentioned they had to ask for additional towels or toiletries during their stay. For the most part though, guests felt that their rooms were as clean as they expected.
According to some guests, be advised that you may run into some plumbing issues while staying here. A few guests mentioned that the tubs didn't drain properly, sinks to drain properly or toilet continued to run.
