Oystercatcher's is an award winning restaurant located in the grounds of the Grand Hyatt Resort, Tampa Bay. It is well known for upscale casual dining with menus based on seafood served in Key West style. Specialty dishes include grilled spiney lobster tails, Chilean Sea Bass and New Zealand orange roughy. Florida crab claws are served in season (15th of October to the middle of May). The restaurant has its own full service Lounge bar which features live music each evening. There is a cocktail patio and a cigar veranda. All tables in the restaurant have views across the water of Old Tampa Bay and panoramic sunsets in the evenings. Also renowned across the region is the Oystercatcher's Sunday brunch where a wide range of hot and cold starters, main courses and desserts are served buffet style. The Oystercatchers has been awarded a Zagat - "Extraordinary", a Florida Trend Silver Spoon and a Wine Spectator Award of Excellence There is valet parking on site
