Situated just minutes away from all the Albuquerque attractions, this is a clean, affordable, family-friendly, no frills locale. Clean inside and out with a very spacious and popular swimming pool (some say it's the biggest indoor pool in Albuquerque) and a lovely hot tub. There's a complimentary breakfast served daily, which normally includes hash browns, biscuits and gravy, and eggs as well as the rest of the expected elements on a continental buffet.

Helpful and friendly staff are efficient from arrival to departure. Down-to-earth with a southwestern charm all their own - don't hesitate to call the desk or flag someone down if there's anything you need!

You'll get all the basics, such as televisions, refrigerators, microwaves, irons/ironing boards, hair dryers, complimentary toiletries, cozy large beds and stellar views out over the skyline. Nearly every room has an attached balcony for optimal views of sunsets/sunrises.

Some reported significant booking errors which caused them to be without sufficient beds and space and nowhere else to go. It appears that even when you print confirmation codes and proof of reservation receipts, you may still end up without the room/s you booked. Have a backup plan when you're dealing with this place!

Some had excellent Wi-Fi connectivity while others complained it was sporadic and unreliable most of the time - or else entirely down.

The decor is dated, paint is peeling and carpeting needs replaced. The hot water never quite gets hot (usually stays lukewarm for your entire shower) and the televisions get odd reception at times. The elevator is rickety and the pool is often freezing cold. Cigarette smoke sometimes wafts through vents from room to room - not a favorite among non-smokers.
