Guests say that the hotel is conveniently located and suits frequent travelers. It is right next to a Mexican restaurant. Guests liked that it is pet friendly and has a very nice dog walking area.
Guests say that the staff members are friendly and helpful. They had a relaxing time at the pool and enjoyed lounging in the gazebo. The free breakfast is very good and includes a lot of variety. Guests say that they get excellent value for a great price at the hotel.
Rooms are nice with great amenities. The fridge is big and the coffee is good. Guests say that they could always ask and get extra pillows and toiletries from the front desk. Guests who opted for the Jacuzzi suites say that they loved it.
Guests say that the hotel is dated and it shows. Doors look like they have been forced open. Guests say that they could not get their doors open on multiple occasions and ended up having to re-key the door every time.
Rooms reeked of smoke. The sheets were stained. The bed skirts are ripped in places and the bed spreads are dirty with holes in them. The rooms are also cramped for space and guests say that with the ottoman and chair placed in front of the night stand, they had to climb over them to reach the heating and air controls.
The TV cabinets are falling apart. Several guests say that they found roaches inside the refrigerators. The carpets looked so nasty that guests laid towels on the floor to walk on.
