Even the kids are made to feel as special as possible. The junior suites feature crisp clean bathrobes, and special little slippers. The area is divided perfectly for these juniors to have some open play space, and a separate sleeping area.

Guests can rest assured that if they require the shuttle service to the airport, or from the airport back to the hotel, you will not be left behind. The shuttle driver is perfectly organized and knows exactly who need to go where, and at what time. The fee for the shuttle is, according to guests, not too expensive at all.

Hopefully, if you are arriving in your own vehicle, it is not too huge. Some guests have complained that it can be quite difficult to get in to the parking spaces as they are very close together.

Some visitors have commented on the fact that Humphrey's Half Moon Inn and Suites could really benefit from a little bit of an upgrade. There are some signs of issues where maintenance is needed, like moldy ceilings in some of the bathrooms, and a little paint peeling off in a couple of rooms.
