The staff at this hotel go above and beyond the call of duty in their efforts to make you feel comfortable. The hotel is getting a bit old, but the warm welcome soon makes you forget that.
The options available at the breakfast buffet impress most guests. They say that everything is fresh and that the cooked items are all delicious. You won't feel the need to eat the same thing twice as there are numerous options available.
This hotel isn't that old that there should be a lot of maintenance issues that go unchecked. Many guests have noted that frayed carpets and wonky furniture made them feel that the rooms are not worth the money.
No hotel guest should have an issue with water pressure as it is a given when paying for a room that you will have a decent shower. This hotel fails in this regard with toilets taking forever to refill and showers being far too weak for a good wash.
The staff at this hotel do what they can to help the guests, but, unfortunately, there are obviously some communication problems. Some issues that have been encountered include overbooking and wedding block bookings that have been messed up.
