The customer service you will receive at this hotel is second to none. All of the staff go out of their way to make sure that you are enjoying your stay. It's always nice to receive such a warm welcome and be served by professional staff.

This hotel is very convenient to two highways and the airport. It's not in the heart of the city but it's still a drivable distance, and the hotel shuttle can take you around the local area for free. Not bad value for a Hyatt hotel.

The rooms at the hotel are superb, and guests claim that they are extremely comfortable. They say that the sofa is a great addition to the room and gives you the feeling that you are in a suite. The only thing that is missing from the room is a microwave.

This hotel states that their rooms are all equipped with sofa beds, but, unfortunately, many guests have noted that they are average at best. They are extremely uncomfortable and not good for kids to sleep on. They also take up a lot of space once opened.

The air conditioners are located in the rooms and are said to be quite noisy. They come on and off throughout the night, and if you're a light sleeper, then you probably won't get a good night's rest.

Guests are surprised to find that the buffet at this hotel runs out of items quite often and during busy periods seats are at a premium. Nobody likes to eat while standing or wait for a table, so the seating arrangements need to be improved.
